So I have never been on a blind date. I don’t even think I have ever been duped into a conversation with someone that my friends think I’d be great with/ for. This is mostly because my friends probably value their lives and/ or there are no eligible men in Nairobi. Both are easy conclusions and both are glaringly untrue.
There are a number interesting things about joining Tinder and even about writing this piece about joining Tinder. Par exemple –
A minimum of 80% of you reading this right now are really judging me. Like a lot. And it’s a reflex reaction, you don’t generally think I’m desperate/ lonely/ need an app to get laid but your mind just went there. It’s ok. I forgive you.
